Just so everyone is aware, this location does not know that there is a difference between still water and sparkling water for their NEW refreshers. The worker said the sonic app is wrong because they dont offer anything other than sparkling water for the refresher. I knew he was wrong when he said they have been making them for a year and no one has ever said anything. These are new drinks being advertised, so clearly they just havent caught up. Also, it usually takes atleast 25 minutes to get your order. So be prepared for the wait.

There’s this lady that works there, who has no idea what she’s doing. We had to repeat our order 3 times, and she still struggled to put it in, which it was just 2 Oreo blasts. After 5 more minutes of her trying to complete basic tasks, we chose to leave. Never have seen someone not know how to ring in an order before.

Ordered 2 ice creams. 2 hours later, DD has me call the store because they aren't answering DD. The store tells me A: they don't have my order (before asking for any details?) B: they already gave my order to a Dasher (no Dasher had ever been assigned because the store hadn't confirmed my order) C: they have no order for ice creams (when they asked for my name, not my items ordered) I'll probably wait a couple of months before ordering from here again. That'll give them time to have a whole new group of horrible workers.

I’ve had the $6 Smasher meal four times now across two different locations, and honestly, the food has been excellent every single time. It is rare to find that kind of consistency with a new menu item, but the Smasher Burger is definitely a win. This specific Sonic is incredibly fast and efficient, which I really appreciate. We did run into a small issue where we were being charged $6.99 instead of the advertised $6, but the employee was great about it. The moment I pointed out the discrepancy, he agreed immediately and fixed the price without any hassle. The staff here is clearly doing their job well. The only real problem here seems to be a management or corporate "trick" regarding the pricing. The ads clearly state the $6 price includes a medium drink and medium fries or tots, yet it feels like they automatically ring it up as a small and then try to charge a $0.99 "upgrade" to get it to the medium size that’s supposed to be included. If this is a way to recoup costs on a loss leader, it’s a bad look. I’ve visited the downtown location and they charge the $6 flat for the medium meal, so there's no reason this location shouldn't be honoring the advertised price immediately. You might make an extra dollar in the short term, but you’re going to lose long-term customers who feel like the pricing is fraudulent. If you have the $6 signs everywhere, just honor the price.
