  Wow, I just have to say I am so impressed with the staff here. I stopped through the drive-through just before midnight and ordered fries well done and a Diet Coke with extra ice. I don’t remember the last time I went to a McDonald’s and had the fries actually well done, and extra ice actually added to my drink. If that incredible service wasn’t enough, every single employee I interacted with was smiling, upbeat, and attentive. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate it! Thank you for providing the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had in years!

  I was there this morning having breakfast with family and friends, and I was served by a girl named Angelica, I think. She was very attentive and helpful when taking my order and offering refills. I will definitely return to have breakfast at that restaurant.

  I'll not be going to this McDonald's again. First of all, I ordered on the app, but when I arrived to pick up my order, I was directed to pull up and wait, along with about a 1/2 dozen other vehicles . Isn't the primary reason for ordering in the app, so your order is ready when you get there? Next, nobody there speaks English, nor, apparently, do they read English. The 2 girls who were bringing out the orders had no idea, which order was whose... they would go from car to car having the driver read the receipt on the bag to identify their order. When the girl finally brought me the correct order (3rd try) she said "dos bacon"? I said, "no, 1 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. 1 sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. And 2 breakfast burritos," (for the 3rd time). She showed me the receipt and it was (apparently) my order. I took my food and left, all the while KNOWING I should've looked in the bag. When I got home I found 2 sausage burritos (both looked like they'd been under the heat lamp for a very long time) 1 bacon egg and cheese biscuit with 2 tiny broken off end pieces of bacon, and 1 sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle. I've never even wanted to try a McGriddle. It's never appealed to me in the least. And to make matters worse, they were blueberry pancakes... something else that I've never found appealing. What an enormous disappointment!! This is the McDonald's at 895 E For Union Blvd, Midvale, UT. I would strongly advise against patronizing this location. I mean there's about a bazillion McDonald's. It shouldn't be too difficult to find a better one than this one. The McDonald's on 3900 S and 900 E is hands down superior to the one on 9th & For Union.

  Even when you add sauce to your order and pay for it, they don’t put it in the bag. 3 times I didn’t get sauce that I paid for. The food is good but it’s long waits and service is always rude

  I admit I missed the pay window (1st window of 3) the lady at the second was mad at me for it... understandable, I made a mistake. I was still hoping to pay and get my cheese burgers. I have my card in my hand and the lady says you need to pull forward. So I start to do so then she says wait I have to charge you. But was real mean about it. And grabs the card out of my hand. At which point I grab my card back and told her to cancel the order... I get that it is a hard job but that lady needs to chill out. I love cheese burgers and have never been treated so stupid I didn't want them any more. Real bummer. It turns out that the people at the burger king down road where much nicer.
