  I used to come to this Jimmy John’s location all the time on my lunch breaks and always enjoyed my experience. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been really disappointing. This most recent visit was the final straw for me. I ordered two sandwiches, one of them toasted with added cheese. The bread came out extremely burnt, and they didn’t even include the cheese I paid for. On top of that, the turkey looked off—it had dark brown lines running through it, which I’ve never seen before, and it honestly made the sandwich pretty unappetizing. Customer service wasn’t great either. The employee with the throat tattoo came off as rude and dismissive—there was no greeting, just a quick “what’s the name? Here.” It felt very cold and unwelcoming. It’s frustrating because I used to really enjoy coming here, but the quality and service have clearly gone downhill. I won’t be returning.

  I was helped by the manager amber, she went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything that I wanted, while she was trying to keep her store under control, I really appreciate her, people like her make going to fast food places enjoyable and I appreciate that if we go to this jimmy johs we know she will take care of everyone she takes pride in her job and her work and it shows .

  I went in there on Friday and I noticed a new smiling face she greeted me and even though there wasn’t a person to take my order she jumped over and help me decide on a delicious sandwich I’ve been in here a few times and it was rough but defiantly will be back if the service stays like this great food good service I recommend a lunch from here try the 13 toasted with lettuce and banana peppers

  Great service, especially from Alyson, but the entire team is friendly and pleasant to visit when you’re hungry!
