  The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the games are a lot of fun, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The menus were greasy, the tables and chairs were dirty, and my son even found gum stuck underneath the table. It left a pretty bad impression, and I’m not sure we’ll be back. I did send a polite email to share our feedback, but never received a response. Sadly, that seems consistent—if the basics like clean tables and menus are being overlooked, it’s not surprising that customer concerns might be too.

  What’s the point of an app and wait time when it’s always wrong? We joined the waitlist on the app and it estimated 1 hr-1 1/2 hours and they would text us 15 minutes before the bay was ready. After waiting the 1 1/2 hours with no text we went up to the front desk and asked for an ETA in which the lady seemed like she had no idea what she was talking about and quoted us “45 more minutes”. Once we waited the 2 hours and 15 minutes we had lots of fun but don’t trust the app and wait times. Plan for at least another hour from your quoted time

  Had a great time at topgolf. Definitely will be coming back sometime soon just to have fun or have another birthday surprise here. The food is amazing as always, we got the injectable donut holes and smores skillet which was amazing. Definitely recommend trying.

  They were incredibly rude and agest to me and my friends when we came in for our time they denied us going in because they thought we were going to somehow buy alcohol even though we are 17 and look 17? Also why would they not just let us in and not let us buy alcohol so their servers not check ids? That’s against state code hope they get their liquor license taken. They wouldn’t give me a refund and were incredibly unhelpful and I friendly didn’t know this was a 21+ club

  Honestly, we love topgolf we love the game. We love to play golf so we come often. We haven’t been in a while so we decided to sign up for the new membership. For 20 bucks a month it’s great however you cannot use it during peak times which is the only downside. Another thing that has changed majorly is the food quality. I’m not sure what happened, but it’s just not the same. The nachos are now just kind of a step of mess. I used to be great because it was a layer. Tostada actually had great flavor. Then they got rid of the chipotle sauce that goes with the tater tots. MAJOR FAIL that was one of my favorite parts of even getting them. I’m not sure if I’ll keep my membership seeing as how I don’t like the food as much. Other than that same old same.
