  Our server was good, game was ok, not as good as Crush Golf or Drive Shak. Top Golf tries to nickel and dime you for every little thing like membership, adjacent bays and overpriced food and drink. We booked online and drove from Idaho there for my Son’s birthday. For Christmas, they had what they presented to be a credit for purchasing gift cards. So I purchased a couple of extra and planned to take my family for my son’s birthday. Apparently you can’t use “credit” for events and when presented it becomes a coupon. In sales it’s credit, in practice it’s coupon. Booked online and there were two options. One was a package for two bays that costs an extra $40 if you want bays together. The second was a package that came with 30 mins of bonus play and a food credit. Guess what. Food credit was just billed as a spending requirement threshold for food. At the end of the day, that was more of a misleading statement, but their use of credit is inaccurate at best. So I go to pay with my “credit” which is not accepted as credit for “events”. The manager thinks it says something on the website about it. Wanna play? $6 membership. From a corporate level it seems Top Golf is dishonest. Still have $80 in “credit”. Manager also said she couldn’t bill it differently and accept the credit because we booked online. I guess if I’d made a reservation online through the same website the credit is valid. But when I don’t it’s a coupon. Congrats Top Golf, you duped me out of $100’s. I feel cheated, frustrated and upset.

  $30 for a pitcher of draft beer!!! $16 for a single can!!! Yeah you can have a beverage, but you will pay double. Food is also expensive and meh quality, but not as outrageous as the alcohol. If you go, spend less money on food and drinks by going to a restaurant before or after your visit.

  Our boss brought us here for a mini work party and it was LIT! Super embarrassing when you don’t have a swing but that’s what makes it even more fun! 🤩 service was good, drinks were great! Overall it was a nice experience with great people!

  I’ve been coming to this location regularly for over a month now and one of the downstairs games has been broken since my first visit. It’s disappointing because those games are part of the experience while waiting specifically when it's busy and waiting time a longer, and it doesn’t seem like there’s been any effort to repair or replace it. I’m leaving this review in hopes it gets addressed. I’ll gladly update or remove this review once the game is fixed.
