  Even in below freezing temps, our group of 12 yr old kids had a great time. There are heaters and even the seats are heated so by the end of it, some of the goofy ones were shedding their coats. We had a technical problem with one of our bays and the manager was great about how she handled it. The process was seamless from checkin to checkout - all the staff were wonderful. My husband did a corporate event on the east coast and he said that the salt lake service, for our small group, was levels above.

  When I used to live in UT, my brother his wife and I went to this location and we had an amazing time. Even though At the time we did believe the food prices had quite a high price tag for nothing special, the ambiance was lively and fun. I’m considering to go back soon to compare the service and food from before and now and different locations. Based on the experience I had before I am excited to visit a different location in a different state, hoping all the locations offer the same quality of service. I will update when I go to a different location now that I’m in a different state.

  I wouldn’t even waste my time going back. I understand that it was news years eve, but we literally got the worst box in the house. 101, you have to shoot on a funky angle just to get it to the holes. They were suppose to credit back a half an hour, but with my deposit I only got some of that money back. And then they changed “new player fees” when both me and my daughter and been there before already. So what went from a reasonable night out, went to one heck of an expensive night out. Tip golf in Vegas AWESOME! Will never go to the one in slc ever again.

  Went with a group of 6 and we all left quite disappointed with the experience. Our host/server (Eric B.) was very unattentive and only checked on us twice during our 2 hour game session. Our food was brought without napkins or silverware , even after asking out host and another employee we never received any napkins. Our host didn't not even come back to us after i asked for napkins until he checked us out. We saw our host checking on the group near us more often and I saw the everyone around us had napkins and silverware with their food. He only got attentive with out group when it was time to clear us out for the next group. When we tried giving another card to split what we had on the tab he made a comment about just keeping one card on tab until we checked out in case we left without paying. On top of everything he tried overcharging us for a player that already had a pre-existing account which should have not had the fee he added. The golfing game itself was fun but not enough to make me want to come back and will advise my friends and family to save the trouble and go elsewhere.

  We purchased a two-bay bundle for a family gathering. We visited on 12/27/25. The service was fine. The games were fun. The food here is awful. Most of us had belly issues afterwards. The also did not honor the $100 food and beverage credit that was included in the package. The manager said, “We deal with this all the time. We have talked with our legal department, and this is how we understand the offer”. So, I was made to paid full price for the bundle and then received NO credit for food and beverage as spelled out in the offer. Beware!
