Placed an order through the app. It has been over 30 minutes since I arrived, and I am still waiting in my car. Pressed the red button one more time to confirm I’m checked in. They got my name, said “ok” then cut off. As I’m writing this, I’m still waiting for my small order of 2 drinks and a snack. Watched a few cars come and go and I don’t know what I did wrong. What’s the point of ordering ahead?

I ordered a dirty soda, I personally prefer to add-ins at swig more than at sonic but overall the experience was pretty good.

Put fries in a bag upside down so they spilled all over everything. Expensive for what we got. Not enough napkin's.

10:00PM. Can’t believe I had to tell your employees to seal the Uber Eats to go order and have him argue with me about it. Customers do not receive their food unsealed as an uber. Horrible evening crew. Their parking lot and drive way looks like it’s seen an earthquake or two.
