  The hell is this supposed to be 💀 idk what’s wrong with this sonic but lately it’s awful. Always forgetting stuff and the food comes out so gross

  A great sonic. Route 44 dr pepper and coke is my favorite! chili dogs are pretty good. Burgers are okay. I also like the tots.

  My order was incomplete initially, so I had to leave my family to eat their dinner while I went back to rectify it. So, I missed dinner with my family and what they gave me barely looked edible. But thanks for putting the Coney dog on its side and making sure more of the chili and cheese was on the bun and not the hotdog, or whatever you call this pale thing. That was sarcasm. I'll post a pic. Also, in an attempt to make up the inconvenience, the manager gave me a sheet of coupons (like the mailers Sonic sends out), but they were set to expire the very next day. So, their solution was basically to hand me trash. The hotdog was enough trash, thanks.....

  Sonic is usually pretty good, been to this location a handful of times, today’s experience will make me never go back again. Pulled into their stall and waited for my food. Food came out quick, but they forgot 2 of my items. They sealed the bag so I never bothered checking until I got home. The quality of the food was also terrible. Very cold. I called the store to ask for a refund, got transferred to their manager who put me on hold for a minute and a half, then he hung up. I tried calling back, got hung up on. Tried 3 other times, got hung up on. On top of all that, the customer support lady, who was very kind, couldn’t offer me a refund, even a partial refund for my missing items. She could offer rewards in the app but not give me the money back for the items I didn’t receive. She told me that the store would call me back regarding the refund. I understand that her policies don’t allow her to offer refunds, but that just plainly isn’t acceptable.
