The lady that took the order at 4:50pm today, is very poor at communicating. I said this is the fourth time, I’ve repeated my order, I talked slowly and clearly enunciated; this was followed by the women laughing on the headset. Just very sad to hear and see.

McDonald’s allowed me to place an order through the app but wouldn’t fulfill the order until 2 hours later at 10PM when the party would end. They didn’t give any notification on the app that this was the case. Waste of time and gas. This was simply unacceptable, no one would be okay with an outcome like this.
