I’m honestly baffled by Buffalo Wild Wings at this point. Every time I order, the wings come out almost completely dry — barely a hint of sauce. It’s frustrating because the whole point of ordering wings is the flavor, and somehow they still haven’t figured out how to consistently coat them. On top of that, the to-go containers are made out of flimsy cardboard that starts falling apart before I even make it home. Sauce (the little that’s there) leaks through, the bottom gets soft, and the whole thing feels cheap and poorly thought out. I truly don’t understand how a company this big can’t get two basic things right: putting sauce on wings and providing containers that actually hold food.

Picture being hungry at 1am wanting something to eat, you think to yourself “oh Buffalo Wild Wings is still open” so you get excited for a second, then it hits you. If you eat here you will regret it afterwards. You already have work at 7 in the morning, and the battle between you and the Buffalo Wild Wings comes to a short end with Buffalo Wild Wings winning. You take a drive over there, depending on how you’re feeling, you either dine in or take it to go. This is the best meal you’ll ever have, and that feeling lasts about 5 minutes after you have finished eating. You’ll be on the toilet for the next 2 hours regretting every choice you made. Oh and remember that shift you had at 7? It’s now 5am, you haven’t gotten a lick of sleep, and you have to be AT work in two hours. So basically I’m saying the food is good.

Staff sucks, our Server gave us crappy food and we didn’t eat it, we let them know it wasn’t good. They still charged for that food we didn’t eat.

Had the boneless wings. Ordered 30 and most of them were burnt and tiny with very little meat. All them tasted like old left overs. Friends ordered the Philly cheese steak and it came out cold. They did enjoy the potato wedges. If I go back I won't go on Thursday and hope I get fresher chicken

Ordered medium bone in wings and they were slimy and the skin was gross. Also, they barely had sauce on them. So bad. Threw most of them away.
