  Avoid the Midvale Buffalo Wild Wings. We came in at 9:30 PM on a Friday and politely asked to sit in the bar area (there were only two people there). We even said we were fine sitting anywhere, but were met with rude attitude and clear irritation for simply asking. On top of that, the vibe here is always off. It’s usually dead, the energy feels weird, and the staff acts like they don’t want to be there. I’ve had great experiences at other Buffalo Wild Wings locations, but this one clearly lacks basic customer service. I will never return to this location.

  I just wanted to stop in for some traditional wings for a quick dinner. There was nothing quick about it, despite only maybe 30% tables occupied. My server was friendly once she did come by. But for most of the visit I felt invisible.

  The waiter took untill we where done eating to bring the sauces it's not busy at all she took so long to bring out the food also and gotten like 5 orders wrong

  They have 1 thing they need to do right - make delicious wings. Mine were overcooked, dry, and the sauces lacked any kind of nuance. I am putting this in MEH category. My server was kind, when I asked if I could have a metal fork he said "I'm so sorry, but we are out." The place was 10% full. Then he went and found me one. I might come here again to watch a game or a fight, but not for wings.

  Eaten here online and in-store several times.. They forget alot. Dont online order sauce on the side it will be forgotten, and often online orders are short wings. In store.. well lets just say the service is lacking.. Me and my wife went today. They argued over who would seat us and the person that did didn't listen when we asked for a table.. We were the only customers in the restaurant and we waited probably like 7 or 8 minutes until a waitress noticed us. She was kind but forgot items we ordered and didn't refill any of our drinks until after we were already done.. Also staff was sitting in tge corner at a table with their phones out the whole time. Also they were arguing near us while we were eating... Yeah the service here is bare minimum to say it kindly, it would be better to head to a different location. Hope they can do better in the future but ill be avoiding this location from now on. Service wasn't 1 star because at least the waitress was kind even though she forgot ordered items and didn't refill anything til we were leaving.
