    I placed my order at Dordash and chose beef burgers, but the store said they didn't have any beef. If they don't have beef, then why do they have beef burgers on the menu? They made me wait over 30 minutes to see how they would resolve my problem, and the answer was, "We don't have any beef burgers." If they don't have beef, then don't sell them. What terrible service!

    Very bad service. It’s the worst Arby’s I’ve ever visited. They treat you like you’re asking for something for free. And the worst part is that the food isn’t good. I wouldn’t go back.

    Not sure if they are under staffed or what, I have been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, absolutely horrible, I hope the food tastes fresh.
