  Great service, they are fast and friendly. A little expensive.. But what coffee isn't these days. My only problem is the size of a hot large regular coffee. It's very small, needs to be about twice as big. Thier point system could also use a rework. Feels like you need to spend about $1,000 before you get any kind of reward, unlike Beans & Brews, where you get a free drink after just a few visits. (feels like about half as much money spent before a reward)

  My first time going to Dutch Bros yesterday, and I'll definitely be coming back. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the drinks were amazing!

  The employees are nice enough at this location but holy moly is the service pretty bad. I always order ahead and half the time they tell me they don’t have my order so I have to show them my order on my phone. The blame it on me showing up too “early” Then they quickly make my drink and it ends up not tasting right because they rushed it. Okay. So today I tried to not be “early” and it took them almost ten minutes to get my drink to me and by the time they did it comes out melted and watered down. I don’t know why this location waits so long to walk out the order ahead orders. That’s suppose to be the benefit of ordering ahead. I placed my order at 8:03 for pickup at 8:11 and didn’t get my drink until 8:20. Glad I’m paying 8 dollars AND tipping just to get a melted drink.

  Listen, all I’ve ever done is praise Dutch Bros their prices their drinks their people, but I really need corporate to start making more prizes if they’re going to even offer them at all how do they sell out before 8 AM in Utah? Ever since Dutch Bros has been here I have been drinking at least 3 to 5 copies per week since 2020. I currently have like seven free drinks in my account and on my birthday I got up to $100 in gift cards Everyone knows how much I love Dutch, but I’m starting to get absolutely frustrated that I can never ever score a freebie item and I always come right before 8 AM. Print more stickers there’s a lot more higher influx of people. It’s not fair at all or have exclusive insider prizes for how long Someone has been a member or something. I just actually really sucks. This is probably the fourth time now I’ve tried to get something and it’s already gone. Starting to be defeating, they used to be fun but now I’m just starting to drink Red Bulls and skip the coffee and save myself the money and the hassle. It’s not the people it’s not the price. It’s not the drinks. It’s just simply that the more of the time goes on the less prizes they give out they run out too fast and they’re starting to get strict on it and it’s stupid.
