  To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to take a moment to share how exceptional our experience was during our visit today. From the moment we walked in, Dirk made a lasting impression. He greeted us warmly right at the start and stayed attentive throughout the entire process—from helping us select and purchase our meal to ensuring we were enjoying everything once we sat down. His presence felt less like routine service and more like having a knowledgeable guide who genuinely cared about our experience. Dirk went well above and beyond what we would normally expect. His attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to help made dining here especially enjoyable. Because of him, our visit felt welcoming, smooth, and memorable.   Dirk is fantastic!!! He went above and beyond. He brought us water and even cleared our table. He was personable, friendly, and really cared about our experience. The world would be a better place if everyone in hospitality was just like Dirk!! A 10/10 employee!

  Just bit into a sharp plastic object in my burger. This could be very dangerous if I were to eat it. Not happy at all.

  JD was AMAZING. Loved him and very much appreciated his help. The food was phenomenal but I would go back just for that great customer service. Cubbies is amazing and everybody should go there and if you do go there I hope you get to interact with JD. He’s amazing.

  I placed a call in order so I didn’t have to be late to work. I come in pay sit down to wait a minute to find out that they gave my order away then I had to wait another 20 minute to get my order they didn’t ask if I wanted my shake with my meal or anything they just brought out my shake and told me they gave away my meal and I have to wait longer. The employees were just standing back there, talking and laughing, totally lacking management. Why ask for my name and just giveaway an order??? I ordered for my whole family so four people $40 worth of food that just went out the door and you didn’t even notice and I have to be late. Very disappointed
