Our waitress Josi was terrible. Bad customer service, took 20 min to even greet us at the table, drinks took forever. Ordered a long Island iced tea and she said it was taking the bar tender longer to make because he had to make tea (long Island iced teas don't have real tea in it). Food was mediocre, wings were dry and room temp, and the sandwich was too greasy to eat. Side order of potatoe wedges took so long we asked her to take them off our bill so we could leave. For being dead on a Sunday, it was terrible. Go somewhere else and save your time. I never leave reviews but this was so bad I had to complain. We also kept hearing Josi arguing with the hostess several times. This location needs some serious improvement.

The food was fantastic! I brought my 4 teenage girls and they had a blast! Our waitress, Kylie (she is new) was very friendly and fast. Thank you for the great food and service.

Epic failure by Buffalo Wild Wings in Midvale, UT. Placed order at 3pm for 5pm pick-up. Order was not ready until 5:10. Noticed they did not give the drinks for my kids meals and had to go back in. Found out after I left that they also left out the blue cheese for my dippers and the salsa for my chips and salsa. My kids ordered hamburgers, no cheese. The party looks like it was cooked with cheese and then they realized and took it off. We had an order of boneless wings with buffalo dry rub, they were swimming in buffalo sauce. If you place a pick-up order for this location make sure you double check your entire order before walking out.

My friend and I hadn’t been to Buffalo Wing Wings in a while and decided to go. We were ID at the entrance, which we happily provided. The hostess gave us wristband's to enter the restaurant after verifying our ID. We were seated (we were one couple of three people in the restaurant) and we tried to order a beer. We could not order a beer until we decided what we wanted as our entree. We placed our order and a beer. They again asked us for our ID. We simply stepped five feet inside the restaurant, wearing our wristbands and again needed to provide our ID. Three verifications of ID (we’re in our sixties) drove us away. We left!

I ordered the sampler the chicken was overcooked. It looked like it was sitting for a day. I ordered the American cheeseburger, which was OK, rather go to McDonald’s for it. Ordered the Parmesan wings and they came looking like they were two days old and tasted like rubber. The food was absolutely horrible. I had to send the food back to the kitchen. We spent $100 last night me and MY WIFE and My Son to just throw away food it’s ridiculous. Do not eat here. The atmosphere was extremely dirty. It smelled bad inside the restaurant and like I said, the food was garbage. The only thing that buffalo wild wings have going for them is that two of their servers are nice that’s it. Do not eat here. It is a waste of money and your food will taste like a rubber and burnt.
