  I ordered a taco salad and while it came fast, they left out the chili. The bag of chips was maybe 1/4 full of chips. There isn't any salsa or sour cream. I paid full price for a tomatoes and lettuce salad. I used to love going to Wendy's. But I won't go there anymore.

  I stopped by to grab asiago chicken sandwich with bacon minus the tomato. This has to be one of the saddest looking sandwiches.I've gotten from Wendy's in a long time.

  Waited in The drive-thru today for 15 minutes. Finally give up and just left. So did three other cars

  La atención al cliente debe de mejorar un poco creo que todos merecemos el mismo trato y la chica de la caja fue muy desagradable , tenía cara de molesta asumo que fue porq llegué a comprar un poco tarde pero si dice que se cierra a las 2 y pude llegar antes creo que merecía una mejor atención la comida y los refrescos me los dio y si no coloco las manos justo a tiempo tod se hubiese caído !

  I need to talk about one of the managers there, Jon. Jon has come off as rude and arrogant when speaking with him, I was there in the lobby and I saw him interviewing a potential employee and it was really hard to witness. I don’t think he realizes how condescending he may come off. After he finishes with one interview he calls the next person over as if it were a food order, he shouts “next interview!” Wow. I guess thats how he sees people? Like numbers, orders, tasks. It was rough and I don’t think he understands the level of unprofessionalism he exhibits. What is going on? It’s already rough as it is right now and we have fools like this one with a bias putting others down in front of your face. I hope you read this Jon. You can do better
