The cheese wasn't even partially melted on the burger. It was as if they just took the burgers out of a cooler. Definitely not at the correct temp they should be at. Not impressed and now we hope we don't get sick from eating ice cold burgers

After that, both of us went back to the window and left without our orders, because we were told there was no order under our names. The same person who confirmed my order, as useless as she could be, then said she didn’t have my order, which she had already told me she had.

Food is cold tho we wait forever to get it, ordered a chili got maybe two bites of chili and the rest is onion at least a handful. It literally burned my eyes opening it. BOTH drinks were soda water!
