Tried call this location and manually got sent to voicemail either the employee forgot to remove the items (he heard and put down big Mac when i ordered a bacon mcdouble somehow) or he decided to feed his friends on my money

I had to wait for 15 minutes just to enter in my code just for them to refuse me breakfast. I had to cancel my order just because it was past the breakfast window. I arrived to McDonald’s at 1045 and I had to wait 15 minutes just for the guy to tell me at the window that they were not serving breakfast no more and that my order is canceled. If people make breakfast orders, regardless of it’s past breakfast or not, they should still be able to get the orders that they paid for.

I went up to the window and the employee was just completely engrossed in his phone. Is that what they get paid for, to stare at their phones? Their supervisors should be aware of these kinds of problems.
