  This Jimmy Johns is the absolute best place to get food, for one the food is amazing and you can never go wrong with anything on their menu and secondly they have the most amazing and kind staff. Ive gone to this location a bunch of times over the year and the staff are so kind, ive tried to pay for all the sandwiches ive gotten but my last visit i was unable to and I was fully intending on just going home but Kenzie was super nice and gave me her employee free sandwich, im just super grateful that there are kind people in the world and I think she deserves some recognition aswell as her coworker Gabry. I enjoy free food but I fully intend to pay for it always and when good karma comes my way I intend on paying it back to those who need it, these employees deserves raises ASAP.

  Went inside after doing an online order. Stood at the counter and no one even acknowledged me for at least 5 min. Not a hello or welcome in. After that. It took almost 20 minutes to make my order. The short lady with tattoos on her face her Name is Kristal she very disrespectful. She needs to find a job where she does not deal with customers. I hope the regional manager see this review. Because the Jimmy John’s on 5600 west is a lot better. I will drive out of my way to never go here again. I hope someone reaches out this review.

  I work next door to this Jimmy John’s, this has happened twice now to me. Went in both times to get some lunch and gotten ignored. Have waited 5 minutes each time with no help. As workers are on their phone and watched you walkin. Very unprofessional workers and mangers.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Team and Outstanding Service! I was blown away by how friendly and positive everyone at this Jimmy John’s was! Brayden, in particular, really stood out — he told me he had broken both of his hands, yet he was still at work with a great attitude and a big smile. That kind of dedication and kindness is incredible. The whole team was welcoming, upbeat, and made the experience awesome from start to finish. Big thanks to Brayden and the entire crew for going above and beyond! 👏👏
