  i had to come through here 3 times back for them to finally get my order correctly. first i got handed the wrong order then had to go back through 2 times to get my right order. this is insane. yall need to get rid of some of the people you got working here because i should never have problems coming to your store. awful customer service.

  Always solid. I still don't understand how McDonald's has the best fountain come ever! Always get the coke 😂

  The service here is ridiculous.The workers are so slow and dirty.Their hygiene is disgusting! The bathroom floors absolutely gross,paper is everywhere, pp all over the toilet. There's ketchup stains on tables and floors it looks like blood splatter. I 'm sitting here and there's roughly 11tables that are dirty.

  I placed my order online and drove to the McDonalds and went through the drive through to pickup. The line was going pretty fast and they had my food ready for me. However, the coffee was not ready and they asked me to pull to the side and wait. That I would have been okay with until I waited for 27 minutes just to walk inside and wait another 7 for 2 other people to order and when I finally asked for my coffee it had been sitting there getting cold for who knows how long and all the manager had to say was sorry man. Normally I wouldn't be bothered but 34 minutes for only a hot coffee is absolutely incredible and my food was cold by the time I finally made it back home. Would never come back to this location after this experience.

  I do not like giving bad reviews. But after having multiple incorrect orders and having waited OVER AN HOUR for a $9 order that I can’t cancel because of a godforsaken app? The drive thru is slow, but it isn’t backed up. DoorDash orders are getting priority. There’s a line of six people waiting at the counter for their food. Not a single employee is even looking in our direction. I go inside and finally get someone’s attention and they glare at me, pissed off. It takes another five minutes to have them talk to me and hand me my order of cold food. I’m not even going to say McDonalds is easy work. It isn’t. But a near hour wait time for a $9 order that can’t even be cancelled? Something is broken. This isn’t good service. This isn’t good management. I want my money back, and it’s not even an option. EDIT: Yeah hey? Below response? You wouldn’t believe what I literally did before posting this. Guess where that went? Straight to the trash. No response. Nothing done. Don’t even try that nonsense.
