  I called about an order being wrong. Not only was the woman on the phone extremely rude and unhelpful, she wouldn’t transfer me to a manger, as you should do in these situations. Don’t pay for extra things on your sandwich, you won’t get it :(

  Well they messed up two of our sandwiches and the pickles were the worst pickles I've ever had in my life. Sadly.

  The food tasted great but they messed up the order. We wanted the sandwich without some ingredients and to substitute others but that was not done according to what we paid for and what the receipt showed.

  Pretty skimpy with lunch meat. They didn't even help to offer suggestions to increase size of sub or upgrade for different size meat options. It was relish, just not enough.
