- ESEilene SanchezNov 15, 20251.0I went through drive up and ordered the chicken pesto wrap combo and when I opened the wrap the pesto sauce poored out everywhere and was so soaked I took a bite and it was just not good at all it was drenched in pesto sauce so I returned to the drive up and told her about it and she replaced it but had an attitude which I should not have to deal with that kind of stuff. I was nice about it and I even tipped 15 percent on a drive thru order.I left there feeling bad because of the way she acted once she handed me the new wrap. I will never return to that place and honestly it should be about good food and good customer service because without customers returning you don't have a business and it's the customers who pay for workers checks and being that was My second visit there and I expirenced that attitude from her was just wrong. Customer Service isn't the same anymore and people just don't care at least that's my feeling about my experience to that location!
- LTLa Tita TitiOct 29, 20251.0I shop at this place on the Daily since I don't know who to talk to I hate to do this but I want to give 0 stars to the Rude Lady that works there she literally just threw my stuff was extremely rude I was polite and when she went to get the rest of my order she sent someone else to give me my order I let the other girl know how bad she treated me as a costumer , I love this place I just thing people shouldn't work in a place where they don't want to be, if the manager gets to read this I will kindly put a 5 star review once I get an apology from this girl ,the kind of attitude is unacceptable. It has to be brought to the public because no one deserves a bad Customer service I have the receipt for this order as well I hope she didn't spit on it😭
