I love taco bell but this single location is starting to ruin it, they barely put any meat in any of the items, they wrap the burritos wrong making it so it's in individual layers one bite is Chipotle sauce and the next is fritos chips. Their hard shell tacos are mushy and wet sometimes too. When I order online the food arrives luke warm and the ice melted in the drinks. When I go through the drive thru they're rude and rushy "is that all" was said everytime I finished talking, they get the order wrong they don't know what the combos are, if I order a doritos taco combo I expect tacos not a 5 layer burrito and chalupa. Whoever owns and manages this location needs to retrain their entire staff, or do a mass layoff at this point. Fix this or your business will fail eventually because we'll all start driving further to the south Logan location.
