I called in to place a larger order (around 30), and when I asked the worker to write the names of the people for me, she told me that it was a really large order and to do it myself. I mentioned that it had been done for us several times in the past, and she just said it is still a very large order. It came across as very rude and disrespectful to me as the customer. I would ask that the manager please discuss this with the employee. The call was placed earlier today, around 10:30 am. Hopefully, this doesn't happen again, as I would like to continue to use Jamba for our office parties.

Another woman walks in, gets greeted, and then told, "I can help you over here." As she walked past me, I said I guess, go ahead of me. She was rung up, and that 2nd cashier walked away. So I figured I'd pull my app up while I was still waiting in line, so it was ready to scan. The dad and son were finished ordering, and their cashier walked away. I thought she was gonna come back to get my order but didn't. Actually asked the other lady if she had a question. Then added extra peanut butter to her order, then walked away. So I thought maybe I'm not close enough to the counter for them to realize I needed to order. So I stepped forward, still got ignored. So I just left. I was disappointed since I was up there for work, which happened to be next door, and I wanted to sip on a jamba during my drive back down the mountain.
