Arrive at the 10 minute mark and then wait for another 20. Had only one person working the kitchen while 2 other employees stood by and chatted. Only 2 other orders before mine when I arrived. Reached out to their customer service as they requested. The regional manager assured me that he would make things right. Went on to mention that the expected time for online orders is 8 minutes. Its now going almost 2 mo ths since the regional manager contacted me promising to make things right. It still hasn't been resolved. For $30 and the awful service I received from both the staff and management I can easily get a better experience elsewhere and will never recommend 5 guys.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
