- MBMallory Bybee6 days ago1.0I came in this morning to grab a treat for my family. The young woman working the register began coughing hard, barely covered her mouth, and didn't leave to wash her hands. At first I brushed it off as her needing a minute and the fact that there were 3 other employees that could take over for her in a moment. She never left the register. Instead, she began making someone's drinks. I left immediately after that, without ordering. It's cold and flu season, not to mention basic health code to wash your hands once you've coughed into them.

I did minus a star because they discontinued my favorite sandwich but the one I tried was still amazing but not quite what I went for!! Their coffee is wish had a bigger selection but they are still a good cup of joe

Knocked on the door to ask if they could refund but neither would come answer the door. Not sure how to get refunded because my order was already charged through the app. Overall very frustrating.
