  I wish I could give the Atmosphere a 0. The place was disgusting, all trash cans were overflowing, the pop machine was overflowing with ice on the tray, Sprite was the only beverage that was not watered down. All the tables were nasty and not clean. Yall need to do better, talk about a pig sty

  I stopped by to grab lunch for my coworkers and myself, which meant placing multiple orders. The employee working the line kept rushing me by asking about toppings for the next bowls while I was still talking to the first person at the start of the line. It completely threw me off and caused mistakes in the orders. I could understand being rushed if there was a line behind me, but there wasn’t a single person waiting. I just wanted to take a little extra time to make sure everyone’s lunch was right, but I felt pressured and uncomfortable instead. Hope the manager sees this and talks to that individual so hopefully this mistake doesn’t happen again to anyone else because now I am upset because I didn’t get guac on my bowl

  shitty experience! I LOVE chipotle and have for years and years but there were flies all over our food, my kids wouldn’t eat it then they Didn’t tell me the extra cost of guacamole Their restaurant was incredibly hot and uncomfortable. It was just completely the worst experience I’ve had eating somewhere in a long time. go to cafe rio! you’ll be happier. fyi they did refund me 20$ of the 65$ I spent there. I honestly think they should have just refunded the whole amount. everything we ordered completely sucked! we went next door to tropical cafe and were WAY happier there. so ticked off at chipotle right now

  !!DO NOT EAT HERE!! LITERAL TOOTH IN MY FOOD!! !!UPDATE!! I received a message back from Chipotle which I thought was a good sign, a woman named Josephine asked me for the details of the location and my order, which I provided to her, but other than that I have not heard back from anyone despite responding the email and submitting another message through the website. I did go to the hospital as this was obviously an alarming situation and they did confirm that the item in my food is a tooth of some kind. (and it can’t be mine because I have dentures) I am super upset with the situation and with Chipotle’s lack of response or accountability. I have been in contact with my attorney and have been advised on how to proceed. I ordered a guacamole burrito bowl from the South Logan, UT location tonight and as I was eating it I bit into to something VERY HARD, I spit it out…obviously, and I am not even kidding you when I say it looks like a ROTTEN TOOTH, it has a foul odor to it and a taste I can not brush out of my mouth. I tried contacting the location directly to get advise on what I should do… but the automated system doesn’t allow that, I also tried using the website, using “Pepper” the chat bot but it was EXTREMELY unhelpful, it asks like two questions and then ends the chat for you. I did write in a concern to Chipotle using their “Contact Us” form on the website but I’m obviously not getting any answers back from that as quickly as I need to. I also tried to go through DoorDash because thats how I received my order but they said they were “Transferring me to a ‘specialist’ for assistance” and then they did the same thing “Pepper” did. Automatically disconnected the chat with me. I am going to the Emergency Room with the object just to make sure I am healthy and safe because this is probably the grossest thing that has ever happened to me.
