- RRRMar 6, 20261.0Been here a few times, but after today not going back. I dined in with my husband. Asked for double protein and I barely got any because they "weighed" it out. I don't think the person who had my bowl on that nasty scale knew what they were doing. The food looked extremely dry and my husband's bowl was so salty he couldn't eat it. Cost us over 50 dollars for 2 meals and 2 drinks. This place is not worth it. Service stinks and has from first visit. Not coming back

I ordered online tonight and they not only put a bunch of stuff in my order that I didn't ask for, but they did not put double chicken on either of the bowls that I ordered. I paid almost $8 for the extra protein, we get this order in the store all the time so we know it was not doubled. This is at least the second time they have messed up my online order.

The locations in Virginia I used to live by where consistently out of 2-3 things at a time, which resulted in big huge messy delay every time. This store is the opposite in every single way. It is clean, the workers are actually nice and respectful, the food is perfectly prepped and stocked! Cherish this location, they are not all equal!!!!
