When my food arrived, it seemed as if the kitchen staff had never seen a menu before. The staff, meanwhile, seemed to have been trained in the art of passive-aggressive customer service, acting like I was personally responsible for their misery. Eating here is like paying someone to disappoint you. I’d rather eat a week-old gas station sushi than return to this monument of mediocrity. Save your money, time, and sanity — go literally anywhere else.

Both the host and the waitress had serious attitudes (body language and verbally) about having 4 people join our party of 2 late. The service was slow and I'm pretty sure it was due to pettiness seeing as how there was a total of 6 small tables in the entire building between 2 waitresses on shift. I don't come here often for this exact reason. It makes sense why chili's has a full house while bdubs is a ghost town.

Our waitress was nice but the host was pretty rude Drinks were fine, but they were extremely weird about IDs. I think they checked my ID 3 times and I had to wear a wristband. They also had a complicated system of what you could order and when. I've lived in Utah my whole life, I know alcohol laws are strict here but I've never seen anything like this. Apparently they got in trouble with IDs before and are overcorrecting.
