Pretty average Arby's experience with the food being okay and the service being slightly less than okay. It was quite a long wait for the food going through the drive-thru. I had asked for extra sauce, and didn't get quite as much as I'd hoped for. Not great, not awful - just pretty average.

The staff doesn’t care or pay attention I got charged extra for chicken strips I didn’t order and mozzarella sticks I didn’t order. I was on a phone call and didn’t notice until I got home. This happens every other time I come here I won’t be back to this location. I ordered one meal and got charged 29 dollars for a bunch of stuff I didn’t order.

The bun was SO stale and there really isn’t enough meat on these sandwiches. The lack of meat wasn’t as bad as the stale bun. That’s really the worst especially because the buns are so big. 🤢

Absolutely awful customer service. On the night of January 20th, 2026, the drive-through mic and/or speaker seemed to be cutting in and out on the inside end. While we were ordering, it seemed like the attendant was asking us questions that we couldn’t hear on our side. We gave long pauses waiting for her to respond and when she did it was very hasty. Instead of trying to communicate through the technical issues, the attendant gave us a very rude attitude. She became frustrated and annoyed while we struggled to place our order, spoke over us angrily, and was unnecessarily getting louder and more annoyed with us. I addressed her behavior by saying “excuse me,” and she became even louder, not because she couldn’t hear, but in a clearly rude manner. We ultimately decided to drive off. My husband and I both couldn’t believe the personality we were met with tonight. The attendant had black hair and wore glasses.
