    One time I came here and there was hair in my food, and overall the whole place is disgusting, Walmart should change the restaurant that they have there, I would be very happy if they did

    I had to wait six minutes when there was no one in line, and then the customer service was horrible, the workers were so grumpy, And after I got my food, I found a booger on the to go bag.

    The first time I ordered online here i was really impressed with the customer service of their employee, Isaac. But, every other time I've ordered here, a different employee has been late on making it, given far less than other locations (even when i ordered extra or double meat), and once even completely forgot to put sauce on. Its clear that the franchise owner i understaffed and is training their employees to give smaller portions (the employee explicitly implied this). They regularly run out of ingredients or get low on them far before what's normal, which makes it hard to know if you're going to get what you want

    Came in and ordered 5 foot long subs. This location didn’t pay attention to the details of the online order and didn’t fulfill the extra meat and sides that were paid for. This location also ran out of lettuce before getting to my sandwich along with hardly putting any lettuce on the other sandwiches. This isn’t the first time we’ve had ordering problems at this location either.

    I think this Subway has officially ruined our experience with Subway enough that we may never eat their food again. We got ripped off. They don't do extra anything, even if you pay for the extra meat. "Extra" olives is 8 tiny pieces. This wasn't a one time thing either. This is the second time. And the company feedback chat crappy AI bot won't let you describe anything in more than 255 characters. UPDATE: Corporate doesn't care. Send a complaint about getting ripped off and never heard anything and they send me an email the next day that my "case is resolved". Not resolved. We just don't waste our money with Subway anymore. At all. Used to be one of the places we went most, but looks like Subway doesn't care to keep regular customers.
