It’s one thing to require a purchase for a water cup but not for paying customers??? Dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. Literally go to any other restaurant on earth and they’ll give you water with your meal

Also, now they say they can only give you 2 cups of water, Max when using drive-through.. what happened is the guy that took my order through the drive-through entered it wrong incorrectly so when I went to get it corrected the lady that handed me the corrected order had the audacity to tell me that I had it wrong lol 🙈

The soda fountain labels were either missing or unclear, so I had to press multiple buttons just to figure out which drink was which. It would really help if the machine were properly labeled to make the process smoother for customers. Also, the cinnamon twists were a bit disappointing since they didn’t have much cinnamon sugar on them. Hopefully these small issues can be addressed, as they would definitely improve the overall experience.
