A 6 inch sub that ends up cost you 8 bucks which is actually 5 inch, and now they have a tip option, when you select no tip the employee got the nerve to show attitude. Why you expect a tip when I help you make the sandwich 🤦

So I just want to know what is the purpose of ordering online with these jackalopes? I had a very busy day at work but was craving a BMT sandwich from Subway. I placed my preset and said it would be ready at 1:15 pm. I got there on time. Big huge line. I announced I was there to pick up my order. They made like 10 people’s sandwich’s who were in physical line and then mine afterwards. I asked what the purpose of ordering online was and their only response was we are really busy. So if you don’t mind being served whenever they feel like it go here and get feed. The website was no help and no phone number to call. The sandwich was excellent but serve is dismall. Do not order online with this location!

The guy with the long hair served me and was kind of rude. He seemed annoyed that I came up when they were having a conversation. The girl working with him was nice. He was also very skimpy on the meat and vegetables. Pretty disappointed because I really like subway, this was the first time I’ve been to that location and the worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway.
