    Ordered online at 2:10. Arrived at 2:30 as that’s when I was told the order would be ready. Walked out at 3:00 empty handed because they didn’t have anything I ordered. NEVER coming back

    If you want to eat here, preheat your oven and forget about online orders. I arrived here after ordering online. My order said it was ready and to pick it up in the pick-up area. There was no such area to be found. I watched as their toaster gave an error message for the person in front of me, so they just turned it off. Bad luck for that person, but my order is ready, right? Wrong. They don't make your online order until you arrive, completely defeating the purpose and negating a time-tested technology invented over 40 years ago. I'm told my sandwiches will not be toasted. As for the sandwiches themselves, I hope you don't mind the bread smashed to a point you wonder why they got rid of the flatbread. Worst Subway sandwich I've ever had. In summary, if you have a hankering to eat fresh, do it elsewhere.

    We ordered ahead and when we got there on the app it said it was ready but they hadn't even started on it. This isn't the first time we've had a bad experience with them but we thought we'd give them another try just to be disappointed. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

    A 6 inch sub that ends up cost you 8 bucks which is actually 5 inch, and now they have a tip option, when you select no tip the employee got the nerve to show attitude. Why you expect a tip when I help you make the sandwich 🤦
