When I went to order through the drive thru I literally couldn’t understand what the guy was saying after several attempts and just gave up and drove away.

The reviews are spot on all the neighboring restaurants can go through hundreds of cars in the same amount of time it takes these guys to do one or two. Don’t waste your time.

Went here for breakfast about an hour after they open. I was the only customer in the drive through and there was no one in the lobby. Ordered food for one person and they had me waiting in the drive through for 8 minutes.

We visited this place this morning just after starting our rather long trip back home. I didn't bother to check reviews before we visited and I probably should have. There were 4 cars in the parking lot when we arrived. Two left while we were waiting in the drive thru so I assume the other two cars were employees. The person on the mic was considerably less than enthusiastic. Annoyed. No total was given to us, we were just directed to the second window. No one greeted us. My husband handed over his card and got it back, without a receipt, a minute or so later. When our food was ready, they were just handed over. No "Have a nice day" or anything similar. The fries were hot, the chicken nuggets were crunchy as if they'd been left out and refried, and a plain burger had bacon on it. No complaints were raised about the chili.

Not only have they consistently gotten our orders completely wrong, they have overcharged us for food we didn’t buy and then after paying for the food we didn’t want we didn’t even receive the stuff the charge us for!
Im someone who gives second, third, even fourth chances so we went back to get some food on a different day and the person at the drive through was bitter, and made fun of the fact I am hard of hearing when I asked him to speak up a little and the. promptly yelled at the top of his lungs afterwards.
The food we got was cold, we were overcharged again for food we didn’t order, and even though there were three guys in the back it took them around 20 minutes to get us the 4for4 and a sandwich which like I said WAS COLD, we asked them if we could get warm food and they literally shut the window on us. We were the only customers there at the time as well. We left defeated and at a loss for words.
That was the final nail in the coffin, I love Wendy’s but this location is literally the worst place I’ve been too.
