- JJJustin4 days ago2.0$24 for a mushroom double cheese burger. Mushrooms were cold burger dry and tasted burnt. Fries were good. All in all I’m very disappointed this chain has gone down hill. I will not return advice go anywhere else.

To our surprise, we ran into Steven again! Just like last time, he provided world-class service. This time he was working with Drew, and the two of them were a powerhouse team—they handled our large group efficiently, got us seated quickly, and Steven checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find this level of consistency and care in fast food. Amazing service, as always!"

When we walked in we stood at the counter and waited for about 3 or 4 minutes for someone in the back to notice. The cashier who took our order was nice but didn't have a lot of nice things to say about some of the menu items. We went to get our drinks and the ice machine was out of ice. This was like 2:30 in the afternoon, so well after a lunch rush. We got our food and I swear every time I took a bite of the hamburger it tasted like I was eating fistfuls of salt. The hamburger was so salty I could barely take bites. The music was playing so loud that my wife and I, sitting across from each other, could hardly hear each other.
