  They always forget my sauce, minor detail I can get past. What I can’t get past is that they gave me a rotten mcchicken last night and filled my fries less than halfway. After a 16 hour shift I wanted something reliable and easy, instead I paid $15 and ended up having to make my own dinner anyway. I put up with a lot of stuff from these guys, from consistently rude employees to charging me for the wrong order regularly to forgetting sauce too long wait times, and missing instructions (ie no pickle). I understand fast food is hard and I sideways give a pass to employees. But the management refuses to do anything about it and that’s where my problem is. If your employees have this culture, it’s because management has shown that it’s okay to mess everything up. But where I draw the line and finally leave a review is when you serve me rotten food. Absolute joke of a store.

  Great customer service. I felt bad picking up because it started to rain, but the staff was very kind and pleasant.

  My wife and I ordered through doordash from this location. For myself, I wanted to try the new Arch burger. I was starving when it came so I immediately took a bite. My wife wanted to try, so I handed it to her. She says "oh my gosh, ewww!!" Part of the patty was outside the bun, and there was hair, dust, dirt and other things on it; I'm not sure what. It was apparent that the patty had fallen in the floor when it was being made and appears that it was still used for the burger in the order. What kind of human is okay with making food for another that has been on a dirty floor. This was made worse knowing that I had already taken a bite and I was chewing it at that time.

  This McDonald’s is perfectly managed. Hot fries, clean well organized food, speedy, and few errors. Also it’s incredibly clean.
