We were handed the wrong order by an employee, only a first name was called, and apparently there were two people with the same name. Since it was handed directly to us, we assumed it was correct and didn’t check the bag until we got home. When we called to let them know what happened, one of the “managers” responded with, “that’s their problem,” thinking we couldn’t hear. That level of carelessness and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters, and this was handled poorly. Definitely not the kind of service I’d expect or want to deal with again.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
