  Waited 15 minutes until one of the workers finally noticed us. We got our food and sat down and we all took one bite and guess what. Our food was cold and all the patties were raw on the inside. We asked for replacements and they gave us new ones that were more raw and cold than the first. 1/10 never again

  This Wendy’s freaking sucks there’s usually only two maybe three employees. I understand the need to focus on drive-through because it’s a fast paced thing. Most restaurants usually have a standard though for how long and order can sit before it needs to be made and out typically 3 to 5 minutes or so, depending on the items I walk in for lunch decide maybe I’ll give this Wendy’s. Another try I stand at the counter for about five minutes before I am greeted and asked what can be made for me so I order a 10 piece nugget combo and a medium size with the chicken wrap on the side I pay almost $20 and then I sit and wait for roughly 15 minutes or so for my food to be made and called out and with the temperature and quality of the food, it’s almost as if they could’ve handed it to me right after I placed the order the nuggets were stale and cold. The french fries were also freezing The chicken wrap was more like a soft chicken tostada the way they just threw it in the wrapper and crumbled it all up. I am extremely disappointed nuggets should only take about three minutes to cook same with french fries those can both be done separately or together and it shouldn’t take that long. The quality in the customer service is absolutely horrendous. If it didn’t take my entire lunch break from work to make and receive the food just to get it back to work I would’ve gone back and got my money back. And the restraint is filthy

  Ordered 2 biggie bags waited in the drive through for 20+ minutes. It kind of defeats the point of fast food if I have to wait this long. Also while waiting at the pull up area 2 people behind me got their food

  I question if the food can (or still will) make me sick. Chilli I ordered with onion and cheese had neither and wasn't hot yet did have some flecks of tiny bits of cheese that I think either didn't melt bc the chilli wasn't hot enough or... Couldn't melt. Either way I doubt it was added by the restaurant intentionally. My guess is it's in the big pot. Fries were cold as we got them (I tried one right away cause I love fries). Service want too bad but not great either. I was drive thru but restaurant appeared clean from what I could see. However, I feel pretty gross out by the place. I love Wendy's, but I might be ruined from going back and certainly not to this location.
