Today I ordered to give them another chance and they added the chicken to my salad but they gave me chicken noodle soup broth and no chicken, noodles or carrots in it. They also forgot my baguette bread. They are very inconsistant and it's very frustrating. They offered a refund of the soup however I would have preferred my lunch.

First of all, they didn't give me a bagette even though it was on the receipt, and I didn't notice it until I got home. The salad vegetables were so dry and did not taste fresh and the ranch dressing tasted artificial. It tasted like a pre-prepared Wendy's salad, not a signature Panera salad I was hoping for. I was excited for Panera to come to Utah after having experienced the quality of food I used to eat regularly at Panera in Colorado Springs in the early 2000's. I won't go back.
