I knocked at the door since the lobby was closed and the lady pointed at the drive thru. I showed her my receipt and she still pointed at the drive thru. Just so rude! The line was huge! I did not go back through the drive thru. They need to double check their orders and be kinder when people ask for their items. I am really unhappy with the employee in the lobby wiping down.
