This location is very close to a high school, so if you go during lunch it can be more crowded that usual. The dining area was quite messy when I visited, but not terrible.
I love this Jimmy John’s, and come here frequently. However recently on Wednesday I came in to eat a late lunch like usual, and I saw something that honestly put a sour taste in my mouth. There was this woman, blonde hair, pink shirt, and skinny jeans, I assume some sort of manager, who was so incredibly rude and honestly condescending to her employees (if she is even a manager.). I have nothing but wonderful things to say about nearly every employee that works at that Jimmy John’s. I think they do wonderful dealing with the rushes from the nearby schools, and making your sandwiches consistently just how you want it with no issues. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this woman be so hostile and condescending. It makes me hesitant to go in because I always wonder if I’m going to go in and see her somehow finding an issue with the employees (which she seems to do nearly every time I’ve seen her there). If she truly is a manager I think she needs serious tips on how to manage employees, create a positive work environment, and how to have good customer service. If it was my business I’d have fired her a while ago.

Employee helped me bring my stuff to my car! Didn’t catch her name but she was nice 😊 food was great and accurate
I went here the other night with my kids. We were kindly greeted in and immediately there was someone at the register. Naomi was our order taker. She was polite, patient, and very sweet. My daughter had complemented her lipstick and Naomi told her how thoughtful it was of her to say that, and they talked for a brief moment about makeup, and when we were leaving Naomi asked me secretly if my daughter wanted a cookie, on her. It was such a sweet connection, even though it was short I just know that it’s gonna stick with my baby. 💗 It’s refreshing to see someone love their job, and genuinely try to interact these days. Not to mention, before we were even done ordering, the others had already gotten our sandwiches back to the register. I look forward to taking my family back here, and recommending this location to my friends! Thank you for the outstanding customer service you guys.

I am usually a fan of Jimmy John’s and we eat out quite a lot, but this experience was terrible enough to ensure I never visit this location again. We walked in to pick up dinner for the family—a $50+ order for three sandwiches. We were the only customers in the store, yet the employee taking our order acted completely disinterested in his job and annoyed by our presence.
The apathy was obvious from the start (didn't even ask what kind of cheese we wanted, just "yes/no"), but the real issue was the hostility regarding our loyalty points. My wife realized the machine didn't prompt for our phone number. When she mentioned it, the employee just shrugged and said it was "too late." When we asked another employee if they could add them after the fact, we got a flat "No." No effort to help, no apology, nothing.
To top it off, the machine has the nerve to ask for a tip for a takeout order where the staff can't even be bothered to help us get our points. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this disrespected as a customer. Freaky Fast? Maybe. But also incredibly rude. We won't be back.
