Behind the counter many employees were grouped together, talking. Once we walked in and they saw us, they all walked to the back, out of sight. One employee stayed. He was to the right of us, making a pick up order. No one said a word to us. No one acknowledged that we were there. We were standing there waiting to order for several minutes. Everyone acted like we weren't there. One employee finally came out of the back but just went to talk to the other employee making the pickup order. My husband and I said to each other that no one is helping us, so we might as well go eat somewhere else. We got our kids and said we need to eat somewhere else because no one is helping us. My kids were upset becasue they wanted to eat there. The employee making the pickup order and the other employee that was speaking to him, turned and looked at us when we said that and watched us walk out. Again, not a single word was spoken to us. I never want to step foot in that Chipotle ever again.
