  Our server never checked on us. He only came over when we called him over. We waited almost an hour for our orders and they all came out 10 minutes apart. Also they have no clean silverware at the beginning of dinner hour. How is that possible?

  We ordered BOGO wings for their Thursday special but to our surprise they put all 20 of our wings on one tray and we couldn’t distinguish whose wings were whose. It normally wouldn’t be a huge deal but my partner was doing the blazin challenge (10 of the hottest wings) so we were trying to figure out which wings were ridiculously hot and could only tell by trying them. This ruined my experience because his wings were so hot mine all had a taste of that heat. Our waitress couldn’t tell them apart either and didn’t seem inclined to help. It was a quite unfortunate experience that could have easily been avoided if the wings were on separate trays or even separated on the same tray.

  I walked in when it was completely empty with a pickup order of 6 wings that I ordered 40 minutes prior just to stand there for 10-15 minutes while the employees sat there and talked. When a group of two came in I was the last person to be helped and had to wait even longer. My wings were cold by the time I got them.

  The experience here has been terrible, when we first arrived everything was pretty normal, it was not busy. after being here for a while the staff seems very confused and flustered. there are no forks available and upon asking they brought us a plastic fork. we were not checked on till 30 minutes into our meal, which was frustrating because we needed napkins (there was also no napkins) at our table, and when we asked for napkins and a water refill, we watched the server go get them, then with napkins in water in hand, visited other tables, walked right past us and the stopped, remembered they were for us then turned around and delivered them. terrible service, alright food. not coming here again
