  I love Cubbys but I’m done going to the Lehi location. It’s too gross inside. You can smell the uncleanliness as soon as you walk in. The floors are disgusting. You look back into the kitchen and it’s worse.

  Its okay, quite overpriced. Mac and cheese was cold. And burgers were just okay.

  Fabulous experience w my beloved family was elevated to the max by cubby’s delectable dishes. We were especially pleased with the sweet potato fries as usual. Best fries ever!!

  I don’t usually leave bad reviews but after my experience today this deserved it. First, their menu is very clearly labeled for V, GF, and Ve, but they didn’t have a lot of Ve options. I ordered a chicken salad but asked if I could switch the chicken for black beans. The worker then said “um I don’t see that as an option”. So I said, “Can you please ask if they can put black beans on there for me?” And she, looking very skeptical and not trying to be helpful said sure and then proceeded to not ask anyone. When I went to go get the food I said “were you able to get the black beans” and she said “yeah I asked and we actually don’t have any black beans in the store” (After my husband had just received his BLACK BEAN burger. I told her there were black beans on other salads in the store and she just didn’t say anything. I then had to ask for a manager and say “I know you have black beans, can I please get some” and he got them for me. I just didn’t appreciate the girl, even if she was in training, assuming that she knew best and then lying about the store not having black beans instead of just asking someone. Really disappointed with the service and Ve options.
