The reality is you got to get customers out the door yet I find myself standing here waiting for 45 minutes with only 2 people in front of me just to find out two of the meats they haven’t prepped…like what are the other people in the back doing???? Anyways. Poorly run. Still good food. Just poor services

The order still wasn't started 20 minutes after the promise time, so I got in line to ask them to make my order. They told me it would be another 5 to 10 minutes, and then proceeded to make other people's orders in line behind me while I waited for them to complete the order placed online 30 minutes ago. It should not take 40 minutes to make two items and a bag of chips.
