  My experience was great! There were some parts of the chicken that was a little too crunchy, but most of it was succulent. And Breanna was my server, and she was great! She was very nice and helpful. Over all, I loved my time at BWs. Would definitely go again.

  When you first get there you have to tell them if you plan to order alcohol or not. If you say yes, then they card you and you get a bright colored bracelet to wear then they seat you. When you sit down they get your drink order and when you ask for alcohol THEY CARD YOU AGAIN! We ordered two bottles of Angry Orchard and they took pretty much the ENTIRE time we were there to pop the caps and begin us those two bottles. (we followed up on them the whole time we were there) The food came out in a timely manner and was great. Please fix the above regarding alcohol Buffalo Wild Wings.

  Do I need to write a review? No surprises about BWW. Private equity run restaurants will produce terrible results. Went to watch March madness and the place was dead. Even though there were 6 to 1 staff to patrons the service was really slow and they couldn’t figure out how to change the channels. Best part was the server whose boyfriend and kid were there. Unfortunately she was our server and spent all her time at their table.

  I have to saw that the staff here is amazing! I recently had a mix up with the payment method I used while placing an online order, and the staff here did everything they could to act quickly and make the order right. They were friendly and did more than they needed to in order to resolve the issue. We will definitely be coming back to continue to support their business.

  Our server Bryan was really nice! Food took FOREVER to get to us. Waited 35 minutes and by that time I finished my drink and still no appetizer. We all got our food at different times, and so I had to cancel the appetizer so we didn’t pay for something we didn’t get. Our other server the girl came 1 time. It was empty only 1-2 other tables here. Very disappointed.
