  Ordered on the app, went to drive through got my frosty and then they told me to pull forward and I was able to finish my frost wait about another 5 minutes then write a review and relise I'm running late for work cause of this bs One week later show up on a Tuesday at 3:20 two cars Infront of me in drive through, already ordered through the app and said my name get to the window at about 3:40 say they're waiting for my nuggets to cook and again able to finish my frosty and continue on my review and also be later for work

  Service was extremely slow in fact we felt ignored. They took our order and when my husband asked for a 2nd sour cream for his baked potato they said no. We've come here a couple times a week and have always got 2 sour creams The manager came out and my husband got mad and said are you really going to lose a customer over a sour cream. I guess he thought that was fine because rather then give us the sour cream he gave my husband his money back. We have noticed the last few times we've been in there we've had poor service. Tables were dirty. So I'm sorry Wendy's because of a sour cream we won't come back. Too many other places in layton that have good service

  Honestly the worst Wendy’s in Utah.. never has anything and the wait to even order or get your food is crazy long all the time!

  Tashika is so amazing! Give this girl a raise, she was so polite in the drive through and has amazing customer service!!!!!
