My son ordered a children's nugget meal. They forgot his BBQ sauce. When I asked for some I got the second degree, did I order chicken nuggets, what's my name and it would be . 54 if I needed anymore ...... For a condiment..... This is the world we live in. Last time to Wendy's.

Mobile order from this location takes longer than just ordering at the store. Makes no sense

We went through the drive-through and the employee on the intercom was unenthusiastic and hardly payed attention to our order, forgetting it twice. Then when we got our drinks we got no straws, one of two frosties, and no spoons. We got our food and were missing a large fry. One amazing employee who said he was new ran back and forth for us grabbing things that were originally missing from our order, shoutout to that guy! We waited around 20 minutes and the food was great.

The experience here was horrible. They had one price listed on the menu board, but tried to charge me more for the item. I explained what the issue was and the cashier said he couldn’t do anything. I asked to speak to the manager and explained that it was false advertising and she told me she couldn’t and wouldn’t do anything about it. The price was outrageous, so I drove off. To put it mildly you can go to Red Robin, Wingers or any other burger joint for less than you can there. I was in a hurry so I went to Chick-fil-A, better meal cheaper price.
This is the absolute cleanest Wendy’s I have ever seen and it’s not close!
The staff were friendly and helped us quickly. Food was fresh and delicious. And again, could not believe how clean this restaurant was! It looked like it was brand new! (Hunter clearly has incredible mopping skills)
It feels weird to give such high praise to a fast food place. But honestly, this might be the best Wendy’s on the planet.
