  So the drive up here is beautiful and serene just go slow bc its on a very narrow road near homes and there's a bunch of deer around roaming and grazing so just keep an eye out when driving there. There is a trail about 2 miles up toward the site after reaching the parking area so take some water and stay hydrated!

  About 1 week ago my son wanted Taco Bell and I'm disabled to the point I use a walker and wheelchair. I was having a day of hurting a lot more than normal so I ordered him Taco Bell through the app. I ordered it at the Layton location on highway 193 as it was closer to my house. Well they have door dash deliver it. All was going good until it wasn't. The door dash driver who picked up my order doesn't speak English and I didn't originally know that. She got lost and I tried calling her to explain how to get to me. A lot of frustration going back and forth of her not understanding me. Since the door dash driver was ordered through the app I couldn't find her on door dash to try to get things resolved. I tried calling the Taco Bell on the highway multiple times and all I kept getting was a fax sound. It was the number listed. I kept trying to figure things out with the driver. I finally decided to call the Taco Bell on Main St. (this location obviously) and asked for a manager. Steven the GM answered and he went above and beyond to help me get my food. He offered to make the food for me even though he lost out on money as the food wasn't ordered from his restaurant. He said he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He would have delivered it even if he could have. So I did have to drive to pick it up, however a small price to pay to have someone care enough to resolve a problem they weren't even responsible for resolving. I was able to go through the drive thru to get it. I told him I should have just ordered from his location to begin with as that location is the one I usually go to anyways. So if you ever have an issue at this location and you feel like your not getting the help you need ask for Steven the GM! Thank you again Steven, you made my whole day!
