  Ordered through the app and the unsweetened lemonade I paid for was not available. I understand items run out — that’s not the issue. The problem was the attitude. The lady simply said they couldn’t refund it because it was an online order and made no effort to offer any solution or involve a manager. It’s not about the $1 drink, it’s about how the situation was handled. Very disappointing experience.

  The restaurant is dirty and not clean, the staff is very rude and inconsiderate, and not to mention my fiancé and I got food poisoning. My fiancé has called corporate and they’ve done nothing about it. We get the wrap around game each time and nothing done.

  First the worker taking orders at the front was very rude. Had red hair and wearing a regular show jacket. Was very short with us and before I even paid or she told me the total turned her back towards us and walked away. Didn’t give us a receipt and practically threw my drink cup at me. She got the order wrong as well though I only ordered two things. The place was a sticky mess, food was horrible/ undercooked and staff very unfriendly. As a service worker myself it’s not hard to be kind or even help finish the transaction before walking off and giving dirty looks. I would not recommend this location.

  if you want time to rethink every life choice you have ever made, visit this mcdonald’s! the drive thru will give you more than enough time to do so— took more than an hour for a baggie of fries i didn’t even want that bad. hiss.
