    I want to report what was honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had at your location. The employee working at the second drive-thru window today (a blonde-haired lady) appeared extremely unhappy and completely uninterested in helping customers. When she took my order, her tone sounded very depressed and as if she simply did not want to be at work. Her attitude came across as if she hated dealing with customers. Customer service starts with attitude, and unfortunately that was missing from the beginning. When I was handed my order, I asked if my sandwich was inside the bag. She responded “yes” with a noticeable attitude. After I drove away and opened the bag, I realized the sandwich I ordered was missing. During the interaction, when I asked for clarification, she barely spoke and gave a sour, dismissive response. The entire interaction felt uncomfortable and very unprofessional. At one point, she even raised her voice back at me, which made the situation even more inappropriate and unacceptable. Finding out my order was incorrect only added to the frustration. If someone truly dislikes working with customers, they probably should not be placed in a drive-thru position where customer interaction is the primary responsibility. The level of service I experienced was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. I strongly encourage management and corporate to address this situation. No customer should have to deal with that kind of attitude or receive incorrect orders after being treated that way. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not have the same experience. This was honestly the worst customer service experience I have had, and I truly hope she no longer works there and hope management and corporate is addressed right away.

    This is a review for my last two experiences at the Layton location (near the Layton Hills Mall). A few days ago I purchased food for myself, my wife, and my mother in law. My mother in law complained that her sausage biscuit (with cheese) seemed as if it had been sitting out for a while. She later complained about feeling sick. My wife, who ordered a breakfast burrito meal, received the hasbrown, drink, and salsa.... but no burritos. I had no complaints about my food, specifically (it seemed average for McDonalds). This morning, I went and bought breakfast for just myself and my wife (mother in law doesn't want to eat there again - she's immune-compromised and won't risk it). Everything was there, this time... but the two breakfast sandwiches I ordered had their egg replaced with egg whites. I didn't ask for this nor was I wasn't informed of any substitutions. --- Looking at the other google reviews I'm kinda shocked these issues, which seem to have been going on long term, have NOT been addressed and fixed. I had assumed that my two issues were just one time incidents. Reading through these reviews, as a whole, shows otherwise. The mountain of complaints and poor reviews point toward issues likely going all the way up to careless management and supervision. [And before I get a reply to this review asking me to give my feedback on the McDonalds Website - yes, I'm already doing that as well. If you reply to this review with said comment that will only confirm to me (and everyone else) that such comments are either automatic... or that the individual making said comments don't read the reviews and thus don't care.]

    Me and my fiance came in for food and asked for no onions on his sandwich because of an allergy that can put him in the hospital bolth sandwich he got wore marked with no onion but when he got to the second one and started eating in we realized that it was covered in onions he's currently on his way to the hospital this is not the first time this is happened we won't be coming back to this store or anyother

    Have had nothing but problems with the McDonald's here. I ordered food from them in,October and it gave me food poisoning I called about a refund and I still have yet to get one just last night I thought if give it another shot and try McDonald's again. 🙅🏻‍♂ food poisoning all over again staff is lazy and rude restaurant is messy terrible service and they barely speak english
