- SOShyanne Ovard3 days ago3.0Went to the drive thru lady said to look at the menu and then never spoke to us again so after waiting a few minutes decided to pull to the window where she took my order then as she hands me my donuts told me that next time I better order at the menu.... well then I guess she should be responsive to people at the menu if she wants us to order there. Thanks for making us feel like crap and embrassed when that wasn't necessary but dont worry we won't be back to bother you guys again.

Don't look anything like the Easter donuts that are pictured online not to mention I believe the donuts are day old. They are stale. This is unacceptable as you pay a fortune for these donuts needless to say I won't be buying from Krispy Kreme anymore.

We pulled up to the window at 8:59, literally one minute before closing. It was obvious that the kind lady in the store was tired and working hard to get the cleaning wrapped up and head home after a busy day. But alas, she responded to us at the window and kindly boxed up a dozen donuts for us. She was amazing! Although the donuts were probably the worst Krispy Kreme’s we’ve ever had, we won’t forget her willingness to take care of us at the end of a long work shift. Thank you!
