I just wish the staff were a bit more helpful and less dismissive. I ordered a bottled drink online, but I really just wanted a cup with ice so I could pour it in. The app didn’t give me that option, so I asked if I could switch it to a fountain drink instead. The employee said no because it affects their inventory, which I understand, but it still felt frustrating. I ended up not switching my drink and the interaction came across as unnecessarily unfriendly.

I absolutely love this place! It’s always super clean and well kept, and the service is great every time i’ve been in. They’re super fast and my sandwich is always correct and SO tasty! They deserve so much recognition 🩷

Came in to buy two loaves of their Fresh baked bread (I got told the last time that two was the max they would sell at a time). They said they were short on bread for the day and that they would sell me day old bread for $.50 a loaf. (There’s at least half rack of fresh bread right at the cashier. I was one of two customers in the store. I just don’t understand how this makes or breaks the day for making sandwiches? You offer to sell the bread and you offer to sell a sandwich? What is the difference in what I choose to purchase? I guarantee the bread I was going to buy today will be $.50 a loaf tomorrow. What a shameful society we have created that we get to live in or this is just pure laziness.

I was disappointed in the boy her took my order. I had to repeat myself many times as he was more interested in other people in the restaurant than taking my order. At the end of my order I asked for my cups when he informed me that I had not said I wanted everything in a combo. I then had to remind him that I did ask for a combo for all of the sandwiches and asked him if he remembered that he asked if I wanted chips or a cookie and I had asked for chips. He then said, “oh yeah!, sorry I don’t charge you for that so I can’t give it but I can charge you for a drink and chips for all of em.” I said no. He was not apologetic, attentive or polite. He is clearly uninterested in the job he is doing and made my experience one of frustration rather than convenience. I’ll need to make a second stop to get chips and a drink. This store has had difficulties for some time now. You can do better with a staff that wants work and do their job. The young man’s name is Carlos. Carlos’s, do better or work somewhere you can and will do better.
