I went in after going through the drive through to get some bacon fries that ended up being hard and cold and the cheese being gross and stale so I went in for a replacement when I received my replacement it was even worse than the first ones I got and so I just took them and left I will never being coming back to this Wendy’s ever again

I miss the old wendys where everything was moderately fresh.
Now days, you're lucky if it hasn't been in the heating lamp for several hours.
Chicken, always dried, bland, tough.
Fries, Cold.
The only thing not messed up is machine made (frostys and soda). And generally chili since that's more forgiving before it's gone bad, but toppings (onions and cheese) as well as the condiments, and crackers, are often forgotten, even if specified on the order. This is the case with most/all wendys. Hope they clean up their act at some point.
