- RBRita BergeDec 31, 20251.0I placed an online order for a toasted B.L.T. because I was taking advantage of a special available in the app. When I arrived, Adam was preparing my sandwich. It didn't look toasted, so I asked him to confirm. He grumpily assured me it was. However, when I got home, the sandwich was only briefly toasted—my bacon was cold and resembled the unheated bacon from the bin, and the bread remained soft. Adam's attitude was rude, and he clearly seemed to dislike working there. My advice to him is this: if he doesn't enjoy his job at Subway, he should find something that suits him better, so that no other customers have a negative experience due to his attitude.

His breath reeks, he forgot to put on gloves until halfway through my sandwich and then sneezed into the glove! Needless to say I left without getting my sub. I will be avoiding it until, forever! Go to Jersey Mike's instead.
